Shipping policy

We aim to have all orders completed and shipped within 4-7 days (not including weekends or Bank Holidays).

All items are shipped using Royal Mail. If an order is subsequently delayed we will only be able to send a replacement order once the delay has exceeded the due date plus 7 working days (as determined by the tracking information provided by Royal Mail). The tracking number we give you allows you to see all the information we can see and we cannot provide further insight. 

Our experience with 48hr tracked post (our Standard option) is that Royal Mail can take a couple of working days to log the post sent in this manner.  If you would like to take further steps to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend choosing our Express option at checkout.
