Refund policy
We have a 21-day refund policy, which means you have 21 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To be eligible for a refund, you will need to send photographic evidence of the issue with our product. We will review the images and determine if the issue can be resolved or if a refund (full or partial) is required. We will only proceed to settlement with your prior agreement.
To start a refund, you can contact us at dnprinting21@hotmail.com. Refunds will be processed via the same method as payment. If your payment was via bank transfer, we will contact you for bank details to process the refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. CLP orders are restricted in what constitutes cause for a refund. Customers are reminded to review their order details on those product pages and as such, we cannot be held responsible for errors in the following: Your Company details (name, address, telephone number) or Fragrance name in the event that the same information was confirmed to us in the order details. Errors on the part of D&N Printing will be subject to refund or replacement as set out above.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
